By purchasing from Sweets By Becca you agree to the following terms:

Ordering

Please ensure orders are placed a minimum of 7 days before they are needed. To ensure we have enough time to prepare and complete your order to the best of our ability. We may be able to complete your order earlier depending on availability please email sweetsbybeccanz@gmail.com. If orders are placed outside of the time range we cannot ensure you will receive your order on time.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to sweetsbybeccanz@gmail.com, and will incur a fee of 50% of the order cost to cover time already spent preparing the order and the loss of a time slot for another customer. 

If order is made through AfterPay, fees associated would also need to be covered.

Hand delivery fees apply depending on distance of location.

We deliver baked goods in between the hours of 10am - 5pm unless prearranged time.

Late Orders - Please note for orders with 100 cookies or more, we require a minimum of 7 days notice or more. Orders placed outside of this time frame will encure an additional fee of $1 per cookie.

Postage & Shipping Information

We offer free postage across Auckland only.

Areas outside of Auckland will incur a $10 postage fee.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST

We do cater to allergies *If requested* once you order. Please read the ingredients carefully before you commit to buying

Returns & Exchanges

We take care when packaging items and ensuring they are delivered to you safely, however due to the perishable nature of the products they are not refundable. Please read our listing and our care instructions thoroughly before purchasing.

Lost & Broken Packages: If a item is either lost or broken during transit in the public postage system we will not offer refunds or exchanges as it is out of our hands.

Late Arrival Of Packages: We do not offer refunds for late arrival of packages as this is out of our control. 

Please note: We will not offer refunds if the colour of the cookies do not meet your standard. The colours we use will be available on our website to see before you purchase. If you have a specific colour request please email sweetsbybeccanz@gmail.com your request and we will do our best to make it happen for you. We cannot 100% guarantee the colour will be exactly as shown in the photo and therefore will not be able to offer refunds.
