What happens once I place my order?

Once you place your order we will start preparing your yummy order so it is ready to be shipped the next morning.

You will receive your order 1-3 days from the time your order is shipped, every order is automatically tracked and you will be sent this tracking number within 28 hours of placing your order.

New Zealand Shipping

All cookies are made and packaged with love, we will try our best to make sure you get your order on time by posting orders a few days before due date, however this is not guaranteed as once the cookies leave our hands its out of our control. Orders made before 8am will be dispatched the next day. Orders made after 8am will be made the next day.
