Lead time

Depending on the quantity of cookies we need at least 7 days notice for orders over 500 cookies to be able to prepare and fulfil your order. Usually we can fulfil your order sooner please emailsweetsbybeccanz@gmail.com

How are orders delivered

We post our cookies through NZ post, they offer overnight postage for non rural addresses or we have an option for hand delivery which is an additional $15 or we allow pick ups at 227 Tamaki drive, Kohimarama, Auckland 1071

How long will my order last

Cookies - If stored inside their sealed bags they have a shelf life of up to 1 month

Do you make gluten free and vegan cookies

Yes we do, please select the following when you order through our website

Cookie care

Our cookies are baked fresh to order and contain no preservatives. Store inside a fridge if possible away from direct sunlight, once opened store in an airtight container to maintain freshness. Cookies have a shelf life of 1 month once opened.

Gluten-free cookie care

Our gluten free cookies are extremely fragile due to the ingredients used in our recipe, we make these cookies slightly thicker than our regular vanilla cookie.

Ingredients 

Vanilla sugar cookie - Flour, egg, vanilla extract, butter, sugar, fondant icing.

Chocolate sugar cookie - Flour, egg, vanilla extract, Cocoa powder, sugar, fondant icing.

Vegan sugar cookie - (Regular) flour, vegetable oil, sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, fondant icing. (Vegan cookies are not gluten-free unless requested)

No added gluten cookies - Gluten-free flour, butter, egg, sugar, vanilla extract, fondant icing.

Cupcakes

Vanilla Bean - Vanilla bean cupcake topped with whipped buttercream. Flour, egg, vanilla extract, oil, sugar, baking powder, baking soda.

Strawberry & White Chocolate - Decadent vanilla cupcake swirled with strawberry compote. Flour, egg, vanilla extract, oil, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, strawberry.

Triple Chocolate - Deliciously moist and rich chocolate cake. Flour, egg, vanilla extract, oil, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, milk chocolate, white chocolate.

Lemon Cupcake - Fluffy lemon cake filled with lemon curd. Flour, egg, vanilla extract, oil, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, lemon.

Delivery

New Zealand Shipping Only

We post to every postcode in New Zealand, we do not post to PO Boxes.

All cookies are made and packaged with love, we will try our best to make sure you get your order on time by posting orders a few days before due date, however this is not guaranteed as once the cookies leave our hands its out of our control.

How are my cookies packaged?

Cookies are heat sealed in clear air tight bags, posted inside a white box.

Delivery

Cookies are delivered via NZ POST, please ensure you are ordering well before your event date to ensure you receive your order on time.

If you are based in Auckland Typically our parcels arrive overnight however delays can occur and push back the delivery date.
