Placing your order
Urgent orders, we can cater to last minute orders - please contact sweetsbybeccanz@gmail.com
Please ensure orders are placed a minimum of 7 days before they are needed. To ensure we have enough time to prepare and complete your order to the best of our ability. We may be able to complete your order earlier depending on availability please email sweetsbybeccanz@gmail.com. If orders are placed outside of the time range we cannot ensure you will receive your order on time.
New Zealand Shipping Only
Cookies are delivered via NZ POST.
If you are based in Auckland Typically our parcels arrive overnight however delays can occur and push back the delivery date.
We post to every postcode in New Zealand, we do not post to PO Boxes. Delays typically occur with rural addresses, new subdivisions, or during peak periods like Christmas and Easter.
All cookies are made and packaged with love, we will try our best to make sure you get your order on time by posting orders a few days before due date, however this is not guaranteed as once the cookies leave our hands its out of our control.
Please ensure the courier has access to your property to deliver your parcel, if the courier does not have access they may leave your parcel somewhere safe on the property or schedule a redelivery.
If your order is being delivered to a business, it is your responsibility to leave delivery instructions during checkout for us to be able to deliver your parcel correctly and safely.
How are my cookies packaged?
Cookies are individually wrapped in clear heat sealed bags with full ingredient labels on the back.
Collecting your order
Pick up is available from our Kitchen in Kohimarama, if you would prefer to collect your order please select the pick up option at the checkout and email sweetsbybeccanz@gmail.com to arrange collection day/time.
Cancellations
Unfortunately we are not able to give refunds to orders that have already been made.
Our booking calendar fills up quickly and is on a first-come, first served basis.
Therefore, if you cancel, your order has taken up production time that could have otherwise been given to another customer, so we lose both orders. Due to the nature of our business, refunds are not provided for any reason including in cases of force majeure (i.e a pandemic). We can however postpone your cookies or products to a later date or offer store credit valid for 12 months.
If order is made through AfterPay, fees associated would also need to be covered.
Allergies
We do cater to allergies *If requested* once you order. Please read the ingredients carefully before you commit to buying
Contains: GLUTEN, MILK, WHEAT, SOYA
Vegan cookie ingredients - Regular flour (wheat) vegetable oil, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, sugar.
No added gluten cookie ingredients - Gluten free flour, butter, egg, vanilla extract, sugar.
Returns & Exchanges
We take care when packaging items and ensuring they are delivered to you safely, however due to the perishable nature of the products they are not refundable. Please read our listing and our care instructions thoroughly before purchasing.
Lost & Broken Packages: If a item is either lost or broken during transit in the public postage system we will not offer refunds or exchanges as it is out of our hands.
Late Arrival Of Packages: We do not offer refunds for late arrival of packages as this is out of our control.
